We want our patrons to feel safe and confident when returning to The Exchange, and we will therfore be introducing measures in accordance with the current Government Guidelines, to ensure the safety of our customers, volunteers and staff.

All tickets must be pre-booked in advance.

If you hold a ticket for a show which is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If a show is cancelled or you are unable to make the new date you will have a choice of a voucher or a refund.

We aim to contact by email all ticket holders for whom we hold an email address.

As a registered charity, with no on-going grants, income from ticket sales is vital to The Exchange. If your booking is cancelled and you are in a position to do so, we ask you to accept a voucher for future use or donating the value of your ticket to The Exchange, rather than a refund. If you can do this, your kindness will help support us through these difficult times.
