UPDATES ON 2020 SHOWS

UPDATES ON MARCH – JULY SHOWS (updated 23rd April)

After closing our doors on 24th March, we have been busy dealing with the cancellation of shows and activities – a process which is still ongoing.

Below is an update of our planned shows from end March – end July 2020.

If you hold a ticket for a show which is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If a show is cancelled or you are unable to make the new date you will have a choice of a voucher or a refund.

We aim to contact by email all ticket holders for whom we hold an email address.

Please note however, that unfortunately we will be unable to process vouchers and/or refunds until we are able to reopen our Box Office.
For any urgent queries, please email us on [email protected]

As a registered charity, with no on-going grants, income from ticket sales is vital to The Exchange. If your booking is cancelled and you are in a position to do so, we ask you to accept a voucher for future use or donating the value of your ticket to The Exchange, rather than a refund. If you can do this, your kindness will help support us through these difficult times.
